For new readers, an Introduction is required. This includes a brief meeting in a local coffee shop or bar. At least one meal is expected to be provided when booking the Body of Works or Creative License.
I do not provide my studio for new friends. I am able to rent a studio from another provider in DC when given sufficient notice (one to two weeks is preferred). There is an additional fee for the studio rental. The fee is 10% of the cost of the selection requested.
